Start of visit

Museum of Tomorrow is a science museum. “Amazonian Times” is an exhibition that has been envisioned for a few years now. The desire to create an exhibition about the Amazon started to become real in 2017, during a first trip of the curatorship team to the North region of Mato Grosso. The purpose of the expedition was to dive into the Instituto de Pesquisa Ambiental da Amazônia (Amazon Environmental Research Institute – IPAM) research on climate change in the forest. It was the beginning of a collective dream: producing an exhibit on the current challenges of the Amazon and the existing paths to its future continuity.

During the tour in “Amazonian Times”, you can choose different hosts in each room of the show. Learn more about each below.
